At EDYA1929, we are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping for both domestic and international orders.
Please carefully review our shipping terms and conditions before placing your order.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM may be processed on the next business day.
Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and whether the item is ready-to-ship or made-to-order.
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately.
EDYA1929 is not responsible for unexpected delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Domestic Orders โ Philippines
Complimentary Standard Shipping
We offer free standard shipping for orders within the Philippines.
Domestic orders are generally shipped via J&T Express or another designated local courier.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Metro Manila: 1โ3 business days

Provincial areas: 3โ7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and courier operations.
For security reasons, a signature or proof of delivery may be required.
International Orders
Complimentary Worldwide Shipping via EMS
EDYA1929 offers complimentary standard international shipping via EMS (Express Mail Service) to supported destinations.
Standard international shipping is included in the product price. No additional standard shipping fee will be charged at checkout.
Estimated delivery time is approximately 7โ14 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and local postal operations.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Express Shipping via FedEx
For customers who require faster international delivery, FedEx Express shipping is available upon request, subject to destination and service availability.
FedEx Express shipping is not included in our complimentary standard shipping service.
Additional express shipping charges will apply and will be quoted separately before dispatch.

Customs Duties, Import Taxes & Additional Charges
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
All international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, handling charges, and other import-related charges imposed by the destination country or shipping carrier.
All such charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient (customer).
Please note the following conditions:

Complimentary international shipping covers standard shipping costs only. It does not include customs duties, import taxes, or other import-related charges.

EDYA1929 does not pay, cover, reimburse, or absorb any customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, or related charges.

These charges are determined by the relevant customs authorities and service providers in the destination country and are beyond EDYA1929's control.

Customers are responsible for understanding the customs regulations and import requirements applicable to their destination country before placing an order.

Any applicable charges must be paid directly by the recipient to the shipping carrier or relevant customs authority within the required payment period.
Failure to Pay Customs Duties & Taxes
Customers are required to settle all applicable customs duties, taxes, and related charges promptly upon receiving a payment request from the shipping carrier or customs authority.
Failure or refusal to pay these charges may result in shipment delays, customs holds, additional storage or handling fees, return of the shipment, or other complications.
If unpaid customs charges are subsequently billed to EDYA1929 by the shipping carrier, EDYA1929 reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to seek reimbursement of these charges and any associated fees from the customer.
EDYA1929 is not responsible for delivery delays, additional expenses, or shipment complications resulting from the recipient's failure to complete required customs payments.
By placing an international order with EDYA1929, the customer acknowledges and agrees that all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and related charges are their responsibility and are not included in the purchase price or complimentary shipping service.
International Shipping Regulations
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered comply with the import laws, customs regulations, and other applicable requirements of their destination country.
EDYA1929 is not responsible for issues arising from a customer's failure to comply with applicable import regulations, to the extent permitted by law.
International Returns
All international orders are considered final sale, except where returns, refunds, or other remedies are required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Customs duties, import taxes, and related charges paid to third parties are not refundable by EDYA1929.
Shipping Information
Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping information, including the recipient's full name, delivery address, contact number, postal code, and email address.
EDYA1929 is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Any additional shipping costs arising from incorrect delivery information or failed delivery attempts may be charged to the customer.
